Discover the harmony of Far Eastern flavours in our vegan Thai green curry! A delicious combination of coconut milk, crunchy peppers, sweet peas and fragrant Thai curry will transport you straight to the heart of Bangkok – without having to leave home.

Ideal as a quick lunch or dinner – just heat and enjoy the exotic flavours to the full.

Rice (30%), coconut milk (20%), onion, peppers (13%), peas (10%), rapeseed oil, Thai green curry (2.5%) (green chilli, lemongrass, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, ginger, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, ground coriander), garlic, corn flour, salt. Allergens are marked in bold.

Preparation:

1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Remove the moisture-absorbing sachet.
3. Add 90-100 °C hot water (small pack 250 ml, line A, large pack 310 ml/line E) and stir.
4. Close the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir, season if necessary, and it's ready!

The dish can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the benefits of freeze-dried food?

Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods, which shrink and shrivel due to the high processing temperature. Just add water and in minutes the food returns to its original form.

Taste - They taste just as good as fresh. Freeze-drying removes water, not flavour. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all of their flavour, vitamins and nutritional content.

Weight - They weigh less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water from food. This significantly reduces weight, making handling easier and reducing transport costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weighs only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one tenth of its original weight! However, they can be quickly rehydrated back to their original weight.

Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or deterioration. Shelf life of 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage facilities, making storage much cheaper
