Full body harness VELOX for rope access, fall arrest, and work positioning
VELOX is a full body harness designed for rope access, fall arrest, and work positioning. Its main advantage is extremely easy donning – thanks to its well-thought-out design and compact quick-release buckles, it can be put on without lifting your feet off the ground.
Unlike similar harnesses from other manufacturers, the front fall arrest attachment point (EN 361) is not divided into two parts but consists of a single aluminum ring. This minimizes the risk of incorrect connection. This minimizes the risk of incorrect connection.
The lower attachment point (EN 813) is additionally equipped with small loops for attaching a work seat and an internal eye for attaching a chest ascender. Thanks to these details, VELOX is among the over-equipped work harnesses.
The waist belt is equipped with:
• four classic gear loops,
• slots for carry tool carabiners,
• four smaller loops for tools or temporary equipment attachment plus the possibility to extend with more gear loops using repels.
Reinforced padding in the lumbar area provides significant support even during prolonged suspension work or positioning.
The leg loops are ergonomically shaped, extended for higher comfort during work and easier donning of the harness. The upper part of the harness is also fully padded.
The shoulder straps are equipped with:
• slots for attaching accessories,
• color-highlighted large loops for hanging bulkier carabiners (e.g., when moving in structures or working with a fall arrester),
• robust manipulation loops that can also be used for rescue.
The leg loops are connected to the waist section by elastic straps with adjustable length.
The harness size is adjusted using high-quality aluminum quick-release buckles, and the shoulders are fine-tuned with light ladder-lock buckles.
