TEUFELBERGER hipSTAR GLIDE 12.9 mm

The hipSTAR Glide is a multifunctional and certified rope that replaces the hipSTAR Flex. The rope is intended as a system for work positioning. It is available in diameters of 11.5 mm and 12.9 mm and in a wide range of lengths. All parts are interchangeable and manufactured by Teufelberger.

HipSTAR Glide boasts certifications including:

Load of 1 person:

• EN 358:2018
• EN 795B:2012
• ANSI Z133-2017
• AS 1891.5:2020 (only 12.9 mm version)

Load of 2 people:

• AS/NZS 5532:2013

Ensuring compliance with strict safety standards worldwide. The HipSTAR Glide boasts versatility in use and is certified with:

• Catalyst knot
• Distel knot
• Valdotain knot
• Michoacan knot

Additionally, including the 8mm Sirius polyester prusikLOOP breastplate provides an additional mounting point to further extend its functionality.
