Introducing a truly authentic risotto, something that has been missing from our LYOFOOD EXPEDITION MENU for a long time. This time, we joined culinary forces with our ambassador Ines Papert, and now you can finally enjoy the result of this successful piece of gastronomic experience anywhere.

Risotto knows no shortcuts. We have dedicated our full attention to it for the ultimate artistic experience. We have managed to achieve a complex texture that defines this most delicious and elegant rice dish in the world. Rice cooked to al dente softness is perfectly complemented by a creamy veil. Juicy pieces of porcini mushrooms – the king of mushrooms – hidden between these two worlds come to the fore of the flavours. Topped with a generous pinch of Pecorino Romano cheese and green parsley... Just add hot water and stir briefly – we've done the rest for you.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms by Ines Papert is the fourth dish from the special food menu that we have created in collaboration with our brand ambassadors. The project “Let's cook something together” won The OutDoor Industry Award 2017.

Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.

There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients.
