Millet Payasam spoils your taste buds with delicate grains that melt on your tongue, accompanied by juicy raisins and crunchy almonds. The aromatic blend of cardamom and cinnamon complements the coconut notes perfectly. The whole dish is enriched with a subtle caramel flavour that comes from the addition of a dash of maple syrup.
