Everyone knows the famous chili con carne. Now we present you its meatless version, which still wins the hearts of not only vegans and vegetarians. This simple and satisfying dish is made with common ingredients, but it is the combination of subtle spices that creates its rich flavour and distinctive aroma. To create a freeze-dried version of this popular Mexican classic, we used only organic ingredients such as red beans, peppers, onions and green olives and cooked them in a flavorful tomato-chili sauce. Serve with polenta.
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. All ingredients are from organic farms.
