The team of engineers has taken the widely popular SpringLock mechanism into their sights and completely innovated it.
The new locking mechanism boasts a SafeLock patent, which is based on reliability and ease of use.
To achieve the power that the 200 series pulleys have, it was necessary to rethink the pulley plates from the ground up.
Using state-of-the-art stress analysis equipment, the material in the hot-forged frames was reshaped and redistributed
made of high-strength aluminium to significantly change the way the pulleys worked under load
thereby maximising strength by 150% more than its predecessors.
Every element on the new ISC 200 pulleys showcases the craftsmanship and attention to detail that has gone into them.
