Teufelberger AntiSHOCK Tool Lanyard

The AntiSHOCK Tool Lanyard is an innovation for arborists developed by TEUFELBERGER. It is a versatile fastener for various tree care tools.

What makes this tool rope so special is how it absorbs forces. If more than 220 - 240 daN is applied to the cable - for example, if your saw gets stuck on a branch you are trying to cut - the ripping strap will be activated. This reduces the force acting on the harness, the fall protection system and the climber's anchor point to 150 - 180 daN. Our antiSHOCK Tool Lanyard helps prevent injuries.

Tearing strap functionality:

The strap will break until the force of the impact is absorbed. For example, if the saw does not come off again, the strap will completely break after 70 cm and the tool will fall to the ground. Thanks to a special yarn pretreatment, the elastic strap is exceptionally abrasion-resistant.
