The KM Pro design is rooted in the design of our flagship rescue product KMIII®. This provides the excellent strength, handling, toughness, abrasion resistance and low drag that you expect from TEUFELBERGER. However, rope access ropes have completely different requirements than lifelines. The world of rope access requires rope pulling horses that perform at the highest level when used continuously in often challenging situations. They need to focus hard on low elongation and high strength, but without the "cable" feel of solid polyester ropes. The only way to achieve this blend is by fusing polyester and nylon. The results of finding the perfect blend usually lead to higher costs, but not in this case. For the KM Pro we have found the most amazing blend of anti-rotation fibres and combined it with a massive increase in efficiency. So we were able to produce this highly functional rope at a lower price than similar ropes, especially those with an NFPA price tag.

KM Pro has life safety certification to EN1891A and CI1801. MBS is 35 kN (7,865 lbf) with only 2.0% elongation. Polyamide core keeps the rope round and flexible even after a lifetime of use. Meanwhile, the polyester jacket protects this core with a static, tough, chemical and UV resistant jacket. It's the rope you've been waiting for. Take it for a spin.
