The working arborist rope with a diameter of 14mm is designed for lowering branches. The rope is double braided 100% Polyester with Polyurethane coating for better abrasion resistance and has an excellent strength to diameter ratio.
The regulations require the use of a factor of 7 for all lowering ropes. If the rope load is divided by the coefficient 7 = working load limit. The weight of the lowered branches must not exceed this limit to maintain safety. The diameters of Beal wire ropes are colour coded for better orientation when working.
