Harness Rock Empire Equip orange M-XXL

A full-size, comfortable work harness, aimed at light weight but versatile use. Also suitable for rescue workers and rope parks. Actually, it is a synthesis of sports and work harness. The seat part can be bought and used separately, ideal for climbing bigwalls.

• All connection points are textile. Double textile mesh. It also includes reflective elements for better visibility in difficult conditions.
• 6 material loops, haul loop, shoulders are equipped with slots for small items or tools.
• The rear capture point is hidden in a protective pouch.
• The front retention point includes an auxiliary strap with a small aluminium buckle to fix the breast blocker. The elastic (accordion) strap at the back of the seat ensures the optimum position of the legs in relation to the waist in all possible positions of the worker (especially walking vs. sitting).
• The shoulder straps can be fully removed and the harness can be used as a seat harness only.
• The back of the seat is equipped with a steel ring for easier attachment of the chest harness.

EQUIP - specialist opinion:

People often ask me about my beginnings in high altitude climbing. I remember with a smile the sports seat, the axle for the "flush" (later GriGrina) and one static. That's all we needed at the time and the work was easy. True, we dealt with security more in terms of feelings. A lot has changed since then, and I must admit, for the better.  As I've gotten more and more experience and pro equipment, I've become more and more aware of the fact that for a lot of jobs where I'm always moving, walking, etc., traditional full-body trains are simply heavy and clumsy. The sports seat was better. But I can't wear that to work anymore. Couldn't we do something about it? Over time, I talked to developers of various companies and asked them if a lightweight full-body could be made. For what? They asked.

Noooo.... Well, then:

1. If I have a sports seat certified for work and detachable full working arms, it will be much more variable no?
2. The weight will be significantly less, it will be much more comfortable to wear.
3. If the lumbar harness looks like a sports seat, I'll take it on the wall. I'm saving money, and I'm still comfortable.
4. Lezu design with fall damper.... Hey, isn't that like a ferrata? Oh, yeah! Everything fits, it's light, the ferrata set is clipped in where it should be, I can easily get dressed, I have everything I need at hand and I don't want it in my backpack.
5. With one piece of equipment, I do full-time work and enjoy sports activities.
6. And as a paramedic, I dare say you'll like it too.

I can't, was the most common answer. Of course, with lots of reasons why it can't be done. I guess not....Then we got together with the developers from Rock Empire. Their reaction? Yeah, we'll try.  It wasn't easy, it was hard work, but we got EQUIP. The first full-size padded full body with a weight of 1040g. A little more with the speedos. The lumbar harness has six material loops. There is a Haul Loop in the middle of the back (lumbar) part. Fixed textile lugs on the sides for positioning (EN358). The front rappelling eye is double (EN813). The panties are connected to the waist with an elastic strap (in time it will be with a buckle like the MASTER). Beautiful work. And comfortable. Thanks, guys. The arms are easily attached to the seat. They have both a front and rear catch point (EN361).  The fact that the rear capture point can be hidden in a pocket under the Hypalon is the icing on the cake.    The auxiliary slots on the arms are the same design as on the MASTER or ATLAS, so I don't have to get used to a different equipment layout.  A breast blocker can be easily fixed under the front catch point. Beautiful. All connection points are textile. Great, but what if I need metal meshes from time to time? Easy help. In fact, Rock Empire has a great detachable Ring Connect (EN362) that you can easily use in fabric connection points.

In my opinion this is the best lightweight full padded full body on the market. Truth be told, at the beginning of 2023, as I write this, it simply has no competition. Hats off, great job Rock Empire. I've been using it for almost two years now and I have to say that EQUIP and MASTER are my favourite full body harnesses in my entire practice.
