Complete, ultra-light and compact, the RAD SYSTEM (Rescue And Descent) kit allows alpine skiers to always have the equipment needed for glacier rescue, rappelling or short ascent. The kit includes a storage bag, 30 metres of 6 mm RAD LINE cord, carabiners, blockers and a sewn strap loop, the equipment needed to assemble the hoist.

Complete, ultra-light and very compact kit:

• 30 m of RAD LINE 6 mm hyperstatic rope, specially developed for rescue from cracks, rappelling and short rope ascents
• 3 Sm'D SCREW-LOCK carbines
• 1 emergency rope blocker TIBLOC
• 1 pulley with MICRO TRAXION blocker to catch back-slip
• 1 sewn strap loop ST'ANNEAU 120 cm
• the equipment is stored in a storage bag

A kit designed for immediate use:

• The ideal solution for backcountry skiers
• The cord is folded for immediate use, eliminating the risk of knots or twists
• Two loops on the outside of the pouch for attachment to the harness or inside the pack
• Sewn-in material loops on the top of the bag for attaching all parts of the kit
• Ice screw loop on the outside of the bag

Ultralight cord:

• Weight only 660 g per 30 m
• Hyperstatic cord with rough braid for excellent maneuverability and speed control when rappelling or braking to catch a fall into a glacial crevasse
• Hyperstatic cord has less than 2% elongation, making rescue easier and eliminating the yo-yo effect during rappelling or hoist retrieval
