JANE-I is a non-adjustable dynamic rope fastener that can be combined with the ABSORBICA fall absorber to create a progressive fall arrest fastener. The plastic cover keeps the carabiner in the correct position, makes it easier to fasten and also protects the connecting eye from abrasion.
